Police Detectives Investigate Overnight Shooting, Two Injured

Just before 11:30 p.m., Pittsburgh Police from Zone 1 were dispatched to the area of Brighton Road at Woods Run Avenue along the city’s Brighton Heights and Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood border for two separate ShotSpotter alerts totaling four rounds. A short time later, two adult males arrived to Allegheny General Hospital in separate, private vehicles. One of the males sustained a gunshot wound to his leg/calf. The other male sustained grazing wounds to his head and hand. Both males are in stable condition.
