Police find two dead in Columbus home after 911 call from young child

A young child called 911 late Monday afternoon, leading Columbus police to discover two adults dead inside a residence. Officers were dispatched at 4:49 p.m. to the 2800 block of Bannon Court after the child told dispatchers someone inside may have died, according to Columbus Police Sgt. Responding officers found a man and a woman dead in separate rooms. Medics pronounced both adults dead shortly after 5 p.m. The child was still at the home when officers arrived.
