Police have identified the body of a woman found inside a trash can in Sheepshead Bay almost a week after she was discovered. Officers responded to a call near the Belt Parkway and Knapp Street on Sep. 16 just after 3 p.m. When they arrived, they found an unconscious and unresponsive woman inside a trashcan.
