Atlanta Police said they are investigating a fatal shooting Friday. The scene is on the 2700 block of Peek Road NW. Officers arrived after a call of shots fired around 3:15 p.m. A 35-year-old man was found shot in the torso in an apartment and dead at the scene. Witnesses say suspect made entry into the apartment.
