ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Police said a man was found dead in a kitchen vent at a south Atlanta restaurant Monday morning. Just before 9 a.m., officers responded to 394 Cleveland Ave. SW, the address for a strip mall with several businesses, including Walter’s Soul Food Cafe, according to the Atlanta Police Department. The restaurant owner told officers that an employee had discovered an unidentified man stuck in the vent of the kitchen area. Police said the man, who was wedged inside the vent, was declared dead by Atlanta Fire Rescue personnel at the scene.
