Update - Thursday, September 3, 2026 :Police have arrested and charged 76-year-old Orvil Grimes for open murder with a deadly weapon.Original Story - Police are investigating a homicide Tuesday afternoon in east Las Vegas after a man was found shot to death.According to Lt.
