Police search for answers after woman found shot in NoMa apartment building

Detectives ask anyone who knows anything to contact them. According to a spokesperson for DC Police, First District officers were called to the 700 block of 2nd Street Northeast in NoMa for a report of a shooting around 8:30 p.m. When they got there, they found a woman who had been shot.
