Police in California are searching for a father accused of incest and his 14-year-old daughter after a newborn was found dead along a rural road in Monterey County last month. The baby, referred to by investigators as “Baby Angelita” — Spanish for “Baby Angel” — was found along Struve Road on the morning of Aug. 1, according to the Monterey County Sheriff’s Office. “Upon arrival, fire personnel confirmed Baby Angelita was deceased. Sheriff’s Office detectives immediately began investigating the circumstances surrounding her death,” deputies said.
