Police searching for clues after woman fatally shot after Puerto Rican festival

Police in Rochester, New York, are looking for suspects after a woman was killed and two others were injured in a shooting after a Puerto Rican festival early Saturday morning. Around 10:30 p.m. a large crowd had gathered and started to block North Clinton Avenue, Rochester Police Chief David Smith told reporters. As the crowd dispersed, gunshots rang out around 12:25 a.m., police said. By the time officers arrived at the scene, an unidentified female victim had succumbed to her injuries, Smith said.
