Police shooting after Augusta car chase ruled justified
PORTLAND (WGME) – Two Maine deputies are in the clear for shooting at a man last year. The man was only grazed by a bullet. The video, obtained by the I-Team through a Freedom of Access Act request, shows the moment shots were fired. This all started last December, when deputies tried to pull over 33-year-old Dustin Smith in Chelsea on felony arrest warrants.
