FARGO — A Fargo Democrat will run as an independent for one of two North Dakota House seats in District 11, including one once held by a politician who died in a plane crash this spring. Retired teacher Cara Cody-Braun announced Monday, Aug. 31, that she had enough signatures to run for the District 11 office.
