Josh Stein signed a proclamation Monday adding a state reward to the case. Lyndon Massenburg, 27, was found with a fatal gunshot wound on Nov. 27, 2021 , after officers responded to a reported shooting around 10:05 p.m. at Asberry Courts Apartments at 1234 S.
