On Monday, CHSAA officials said in a statement: “The Colorado High School Activities Association is aware of the situation and has been working directly with our member school to address the matter in accordance with standard organizational procedures. Sand Creek’s ineligible player did not compete in last week’s game against Rampart, which the Scorpions won 20-3 and now counts as the Scorpions’ lone victory.
