South Carolina man was killed and three are charged with murder, officials say

A man was recently killed in South Carolina and three people have been charged with murder, according to the Orangeburg County Sheriff’s Office. Jamar Johnson, a 41-year-old Orangeburg resident, was shot and killed Sept. 8, Orangeburg County Coroner Sean Fogle said. 11, 40-year-old Ivy Banks, 38-year-old David Jones and 33-year-old Hector Vallejo each were charged with murder , first-degree burglary and criminal conspiracy, according to the sheriff’s office. Additionally, Jones and Vallejo both were charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime, the sheriff’s office said.
