A teenager who forced his way into Westwood Hills Elementary School in Waynesboro on Wednesday was later found dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the building. A school employee suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound, authorities said. Waynesboro Police Chief David Shaw said officers were notified at 9:12 a.m. Wednesday about a suspicious person on the grounds of the school at 548 Rosser Ave. In a news conference on Wednesday afternoon, police said the suspect, Anthony Ignatiadis-Isabelle, a 19-year-old Waynesboro resident, forced his way into the building before officers arrived.
