Officials with the Allen Police Department identified Jorge Jairala of Dallas as a suspect in the shooting. Jairala has been charged with murder, officials said. Allen police responded around 5:59 p.m. to reports of a shooting in the parking lot at 969 State Highway 121, near a Starbucks.
