FORT WORTH, Texas — A suspect is now in custody after a fatal shooting led to a barricaded situation in northwest Fort Worth Sunday night, police say. Officers responded to the 5600 block of Talons Crest Circle just after 8:30 p.m. in response to a shooting. When officers arrived, they found one adult inside of a vehicle who had suffered at least one gunshot wound, officials say. The victim was pronounced dead on scene. Police believe the suspect is known to the victim and had barricaded themselves inside of a nearby residence, officials say.
