Suspect in Rapid City shooting pleads not guilty, held on $75K bond

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - A 20-year-old Martin man charged in a late-night shooting on East Anamosa Street appeared in Pennington County court Friday. Cesar Shangreaux is charged with count one, aggravated assault, and count two, attempt with a deadly weapon. He pleaded not guilty. His bond is set at $75,000, cash only. Police said an officer in the 700 block of East Anamosa Street heard gunshots Wednesday night and saw muzzle flashes near 743 East Anamosa Street, then saw the suspect run into an apartment.
