Authorities have released the name of a man who was killed in a hail of morning gunfire in Birmingham’s second deadly shooting in 16 hours. The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the slain man as Andrew Vincent Hamilton. He was 41 and lived in Birmingham. The shooting happened just after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 900 block of 47th Place North.
