Syracuse football appears on bowl projections: Where could it wind up?
Source Scout · Syracuse.com reports: Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse’s upset of Southern Methodist last weekend has the Orange needing two wins in its final four games to become bowl eligible. Syracuse’s remaining schedule consists of Clemson, which has thrown just four passing touchdowns this season, a North Carolina State team that fired its head coach and a Boston College team that was held to two points in its 45-point loss to Duke. The Orange’s recent wins against SMU and North Carolina have its remaining schedule looking somewhat favorable, and national media outlets are beginning to see the Orange as a team that will go bowling.
