Teen arrested after sexual assault during Magnolia High School football game, MCSO says

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) -- A teen was arrested after he allegedly assaulted another teen during a football game at Magnolia High School, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office. MCSO said that deputies assigned to Magnolia ISD met with the 15-year-old victim on Thursday night, who reported being sexually assaulted near the football field by a 16-year-old male acquaintance. MCSO said detectives in the Special Victims Unit investigated and obtained permission to arrest the juvenile suspect. He was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Juvenile Detention Center, the sheriff's office said. MCSO said it took allegations involving minors with the "utmost seriousness.".
