Teen daughter, 2 others indicted in mother's shooting death

A woman, her boyfriend and his roommate were all indicted Thursday in the shooting death of the woman's mother. The shooting happened last week inside a Delaware County home just hours after 55-year-old Tamela Dutcher and the three suspects were involved in an argument over cleaning. According to the probable cause affidavit, police were called to an apartment after Bryanna Dutcher and her boyfriend, Christian Evans, were reportedly “roughhousing” and Bryanna fell and hit her throat on a wall. The affidavit said Bryanna and her mother got into an argument about cleaning the next day. And when Bryanna was venting to Evans about it later, Evans reportedly told her, "If I were you, I would have killed her." Bryanna, 18, also told investigators she was in a relationship with Evans that her parents didn't know about.
