KEENE, N.D. — A 19-year-old man was killed in a head-on crash Saturday, Aug. 29, in McKenzie County. According to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, the man, a resident of Watford City, was driving a 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 westbound on Highway 23 near mile marker 22 at 6:43 a.m. The truck crossed the center line and struck an eastbound 2013 Peterbilt, driven by a 36-year-old Williston man, head-on. The driver of the Dodge was pronounced dead at the scene, the release said.
