ATLANTA — An Atlanta man, listed as a Top 10 Most Wanted fugitive, was arrested in Ohio for his involvement in the 2023 double homicide that claimed the life of an Army veteran, Atlanta Police said. Detectives, who worked with the FBI, apprehended Roderiko Russell in South Jordan, Utah. Authorities said Russell was the third and last suspect at large for the 2023 double homicide, and that all suspects are now in custody. According to arrest warrants, on April 20, 2023, officers responded to two calls about two shootings in Atlanta.
