Four days after jurors convicted a woman in the 2025 Super-Bowl week New Orleans drugging death of Topekan Adan Manzano, a Topeka man was convicted Sept. 21 in the 2024 crash death near Topeka of Manzano's wife, Ashleigh Boyd. Shawnee County District Magistrate Andrew Holmes after a bench trial found Todd W. Armstrong, 54, guilty of one count each of vehicular homicide, driving on the left side of the roadway and speeding 63 mph in a 45 mph zone.
