Tornado owner to open boutique hotel, restaurant on Willy Street

One of Madison's best-known Downtown restaurateurs is bringing a bar, restaurant and 10-room boutique hotel to Williamson Street. Henry Doane is redeveloping a historic two-story property at 1053 Williamson St., and its adjoining building and turning them into a bar, restaurant and 10-room boutique hotel. The exterior of 1053 and 1051 Williamson St., which will become a new restaurant and hotel.
