Western Fremont County in southwestern Iowa. Central Otoe County in southeastern Nebraska. Southeastern Cass County in southeastern Nebraska. * Until 730 PM CDT. * At 640 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Unadilla, or 20 miles southeast of Lincoln, moving east at 45 mph.
