Two people are dead, and eight others injured after police say multiple suspects opened fire on a block party in Trenton early Sunday morning.Trenton police responded to reports of multiple shots fired on the 100 block of Locust Street around 12:25 a.m. Sunday.Upon arrival, first responders located 10 confirmed victims suffering from gunshot wounds.Two individuals were pronounced dead, a 33-year-old woman and 42-year-old man. Eight other victims, two women and six men ranging in age from 23 to 43, were treated for their injuries and stabilized at a local hospital.Police say the shooting rang out when multiple suspects walked up to a block party and fired into a crowd of about 100 people.More than 50 shell casings were found at the scene, which encompassed an entire city block.Police have yet to release the identities of the deceased victims.
