TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Neighbors in Trenton, New Jersey, are calling for a change after a deadly mass shooting during an unauthorized block party over the weekend. Two people were killed and eight others were injured. The victims killed have been identified as Anthony Howlett, 42, and Tyasiah West, 33. Trenton Mayor Reed Gusciora said Howlett had recently been recognized at an event for rebuilding his life after incarceration. Now, some residents say they have questions about the police response before suspects fired shots into the crowd.
