ALBANY — A 15-year-old from Troy was charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot at a group of people near Lark Street before fleeing police Thursday. The teen fired multiple rounds from a handgun at the group around Clinton Avenue and Lark Street, striking a car and multiple homes, according to a news release from Albany police. No one was injured. He then took off on foot before being taken into custody around Spruce and Dove streets, police said.
