ORLANDO, Fla. (WESH) - A truck driver accused of shooting a man at an Orange County warehouse appeared before a judge Friday, days after being arrested in Georgia. David Crump, 67, is charged with attempted second-degree murder with a firearm. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened around noon on Aug. 26 near Boice Pond Road in south Orange County. Investigators say Crump, a truck driver, was supposed to make a delivery to a warehouse but arrived hours late.

According to the arrest affidavit, a witness told investigators he saw two men arguing in the warehouse parking lot. Crump is being held without bond in the Orange County Jail.
