Twin Falls In-N-Out mass shooting: Suspect identified, off-duty trooper and armed citizen returned fire

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Police have released new details about Saturday’s mass shooting at an In-N-Out restaurant, identifying the suspect as 24-year-old Chad Williams and confirming he died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Twin Falls Police Chief Matthew Hicks said officers received multiple 911 calls just before 2:30 p.m. Saturday, with dispatchers hearing screams and gunfire as first responders rushed to the scene. Three people were killed and seven others were injured in the shooting. Of the injured, two have been treated and released, three are in stable condition and two are in critical condition, Hicks said.
