Twin Falls In-N-Out shooting victim gets hospital haircut during recovery

TWIN FALLS, Idaho — One of the victims in the shooting at In-N-Out in Twin Falls got a much-needed haircut while in recovery. Terry Dudley drives for North Star Taxi in Twin Falls. Dudley was shot while sitting in his Tesla near the restaurant on Aug. 1 when he was shot multiple times. Last week, Dudley made his first public statement following the shooting, saying in a social media post that he was on the road to recovery but that "I really need a haircut" and that he wished he had a traveling barber who could give him one.
