Ed Theobald, a Republican, is challenging incumbent Elaine Denton, a Democrat, to represent the 10th district, which covers the town of Manlius, the village of Fayetteville and the village of Minoa. The district has 6,228 registered Democrats, 5,033 Republicans and 6,212 unaffiliated voters.
