Two people were killed in a head-on collision in Meade County, according to Kentucky State Police. Sunday, the Meade County Sheriff’s Office called state police to help investigate a two-vehicle collision on Old Mill Road near LG&E Road. The initial investigation shows that a black 2016 Nissan Pathfinder operated by Isaac Jenkins, 26, of Brandenburg, was traveling eastbound on Old Mill Road when it crossed the center line and entered the westbound lane. How the car crossed into the westbound lane is still under investigation, state police said in a press release. The Nissan Pathfinder hit a silver 2016 Ford Fusion, head-on, state police said.
