Two killed in rollover crash on I-15 near Basin
Two people were killed in a rollover crash on Interstate 15 near Basin early Saturday morning. According to the Montana Highway Patrol, a Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling northbound near mile marker 154 around 4 a.m. when the driver lost control on the wet roadway. MHP said the vehicle overcorrected to the right, entered a sideways skid and left the roadway. The Jeep slid about 115 feet before rolling onto the driver’s side, then continued rolling before coming to rest on its wheels near the river.
