BLACKFOOT — Two men have been criminally charged after allegedly attacking a father and his juvenile son with brass knuckles near the Eastern Idaho State Fairgrounds. Papa Steven Sagapolutele, 21, of Blackfoot, has been charged with one count of aggravated battery and one count of obstructing and delaying an officer. Kaleb Cutler, 22, of Pocatello, has been charged with one count of aggravated battery, one count of destruction of evidence and one count of obstructing and delaying an officer. Both have been charged with enhancements for the use of a firearm or deadly weapon during the commission of a crime.
