Two people were arrested in connection with a stabbing in Norwalk on Monday evening. Officers responded to the area of 100 N. Water St. following a report of an assault just after 7 p.m. and then learned from dispatchers that someone had been stabbed, according to Lt. Ramon Tejada of the Norwalk Police Department .
