LOUIS COUNTY — Two St. Louis County police officers have resigned after one of them opened fire on a car full of teens, according to the department. Their resignations come about two weeks after St. Louis County police released body and dash camera video showing one of the officers firing 11 shots into the car on a chaotic July night at a North County McDonald's. The shooting happened seconds after the other officer repeatedly told the teens to leave the lot.
