Tyler Duckworth, ‘The Challenge’ star and reality TV veteran, dies at 44

Tyler Duckworth, the reality TV veteran who competed on MTV’s “The Challenge” and appeared on “The Real World: Key West,” has died, police said on Friday. A spokesperson for the Grand Forks Police Department confirmed in a phone call that Duckworth was found dead in his home in Grand Forks, North Dakota, on Tuesday. Police said he was found after they were called for a welfare check. Representatives for Duckworth did not immediately return a request for comment. Duckworth was a cast member on MTV”s “The Real World: Key West” in 2006, which led to his best known appearances on “The Challenge.” He competed on four seasons of MTV’s reality competition series between 2006 and 2011, two of which he won.
