Source Scout · The Gazette reports: 3-seeded Wolves upset the second-seeded and previously unbeaten Mountain View 28-14 in the Class 4A semifinals at Jeffco Stadium to clinch a spot in the title game. This will mark Vista Ridge’s first trip to the flag football championship and occurs just one year removed from the Wolves posting a 7-8 overall record. “It feels amazing,” freshman Addison DeGennaro said. “We’ve been working our butts off this whole week, and it feels good to take the victory home.” Vista Ridge (16-2) held Mountain View (17-1) to its third-lowest score of the season.
