Vote-by-mail, early voting still available for N.J. elections

Campaign officials and advocates are using last week’s U.S. Supreme Court decision to block President Trump’s effort to upend voting by mail to press their message that voters have several options for casting ballots in this year’s critical midterms. They are urging potential voters to choose the method to vote that best fits their needs.
