The City of Warren and the Warren Police Department are offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information on two recent shooting deaths, according to a news release from Arkansas State Police. The reward will apply to information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the deaths of 53-year-old Billy Wayne Smith and Ty Calbert, 35, both of Warren, according to the release. Investigators do not believe the two cases are connected. 5, Smith was found fatally shot outside an apartment in between El Dorado and Pine Bluff.
