When Duxbury police officer Brian Josephine arrived at the Clancy house, he was standing near Lindsay Clancy, who was injured on the ground after jumping out the window. That's when he heard Patrick Clancy screaming from the basement after discovering his children. Josephine and fellow officer Stephen Hall went into the home. "Upon his observation of us, he proceeded in our direction and at that point he looked up and screamed 'She killed the f-----g kids,'" Josephine said. Josephine completed his testimony around 10:10 a.m. after about 20 minutes, and the defense did not ask any questions.
