WATERBURY, Conn. — A Waterbury woman is facing a murder charge in the death of a man who was found unresponsive inside an apartment on Monday morning, police said. Waterbury police were called to an apartment unit on Cherry Avenue just before 8:30 a.m. Monday for a report of an unresponsive man inside the apartment. Officers found the man lying on the floor, unresponsive and not breathing.
