A man accused of killing two people and injuring two others more than seven years ago at an apartment complex in Greensboro could get capital punishment. Jimmy Richardson III, 33, made an appearance Monday at the Guilford County Courthouse. During his appearance, the judge ruled there was enough evidence to seek the death penalty.
