Why news of Nikita Kucherov’s trade request from Lightning made Bruins’ Marco Sturm smile

Bruins coach Marco Sturm was asked for his thoughts about the trade request ahead of Boston’s matinee against the Blackhawks on Saturday. “It gave me a smile,” Sturm said. “It’s almost like you hear it monthly, weekly from some kind of players now, right?. He was probably not happy the way negotiating was going, that’s my guess. “It was a smile because, I don’t know, it feels more and more, it started to come in this league.
