Yaraisi Santiso Morejon brought the lawsuit on behalf of her husband, Yoel Rodriguez Naranjo, and his estate. Naranjo, 53, was driving a Ford Econoline van carrying seven employees of Professional Ocean Service Corp. when the jet struck it Sunday. He and four other members of the aircraft cleaning crew were killed, while two coworkers remained hospitalized in critical condition Tuesday.
