Wildfire update: Small fire starts in Linn Co. near Waterloo; Hagen Fire evacuation levels rise, highway closed

(KPTV) - Wildfires continue to burn across Oregon, leading to evacuations and unhealthy air quality for much of the state. NEW - LEVEL 2 (BE READY) Evacuation Zones: LEVEL 2 (BE READY) areas in Union County include the area north of Swamp Creek south and east of the Umatilla County line (south of the USFS 63 Road) and south of the 63 road and west of the national forest boundary. LEVEL 3 - GO NOW area includes from Highway 204 east of McDougall Road (and including McDougall Road) to the Union County Line. East of Lincton Mountain Road (including Lincton Mountain Road) through Spout Springs into Union County. Skyline Road West of the Union/ Umatilla County boundary from Jubilee Lake.
