Woman dead, several others hospitalized after crash on I-435 in Overland Park

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- One woman is dead after a four-car crash last week on Interstate 435 in Overland Park, Kansas. The crash happened on Friday just after 8:30 p.m. on westbound I-435 near the U.S. A vehicle traveling west on I-435 attempted to exit onto the U.S. The vehicle crossed the area separating the lanes and struck the impact attenuator. This caused a multi-vehicle crash on the off-ramp to U.S.
